In his shattering criticism, Paul Feyerabend charges against the scientific method, rationalism theory creations and their uses, research, and knowledge generation. He labeled this (philosophical) pounding as epistemological anarchism. It is frequently taken for granted that the conjunction between anarchism and epistemology is "well" applied (or conceived). And it seems to be that nobody asks. In this paper, the afore-mentioned application of anarchism to epistemology is disputed. Moreover, within the context of Feyerabend's opus, the common epithet that both masks and veils is elucidated. At a tangent, this work confronts Kropotkin's anarchism along with its contribution to the philosophy of cience.
