Education in Values as a Guiding Principle of Educational Quality in Universities

This article offers a reflection on the rol of the University as a modeling institution, assuming that the educative quality is linked with the duty of offering, to the students, of an educative model that integrates the technic-scientific knowledge with the ethical reflection. The previous point supposes an evaluation of the educative policies actually in the course in our country or those that are trying to be passed. The author starts from the conviction that the state and the University must foster their educative policies, offering a quality education that also gives answers to the demands of the nation: among those, there is once related to the formation of a person with strong moral principles, who practice those universal values that can contribute to the development of the country.
