Looking for a theme related to organizational ethics we found trust as a value of some organizations, besides it frequented taking a look into the meaning and nature of the trust. We first explored the words and concepts involved such as organization, value, and trust, to discover the lack of references about trust, and more the less about trust as an ethical value, or as an organizational value. Then we tried to establish if trust is an ethical value and, if not, to know about its nature and why corporations and agencies are worried about it; in other words why trust it or can be valuable to the organization.
