From existence to transcendence: Karl Jaspers or

Abstract

Superation of nihilism had been stated as the "program" of Karl Jaspers philosophy. Appealing to the critical reason, Jaspers questions the images of the being which naiveness the crisis had revealed. From recognizing the human condition as being-in-situation as absolute limit and origin of the opening of the existent to the philosophical reflection, Jaspers appeal to the communication the philosophical reflection, jaspers appeal to the communication of the philosophical reflection, Jaspers appeal to the communication and to the reciprocal understanding between cultures and different traditions as a vehicle of philosophizing. It incorporates the semantic values of this diversity according to human experiences, especially the experience of transcendence. So, the philosophy turns itself into the hermeneutics of the ethic existential self-comprehension, alongside ciphered language of the transcendence (metaphysics).
