Can the argumentative procedure be universalized? A critique of discourse ethics

In the present essay, I will emphasize, in the first place, the role that plays one of the essential aspects that lead Habermas to formulate the ethic of the discourse, such is, the universalist pretension of the argumentation. After that, I will try to maintain a criticism against the role that he develops to base the validity of the morals norms.
