El giro narrativo en los estudios organizacionales
Resumen
A partir de una amplia revisión de la literatura, en este artículo se presenta una descripción sintetizada de ocho alternativas para el análisis narrativo en y de las organizaciones (deconstrucción, grandes narrativas, microhistorias, redes de historias, intertextualidad, causalidad, análisis de la trama y análisis del tema) las cuales pueden ser empleadas para el estudio y gestión de la complejidad de las historias que tienen lugar al interior y hacia fuera de las organizaciones. Asimismo, se presentan diversas definiciones en torno al concepto de “narrativa”, en tanto ello típicamente alude a aquello que narra y agrega argumento y coherencia a la línea de la trama. Adicionalmente, se describen algunas posturas epistemológicas (pragmatistas, posestructuralistas, teóricos críticos y posmodernistas) que subyacen a los diversos enfoques y métodos de análisis narrativo, todo lo cual constituye información relevante para el estudio de las organizaciones y las posibilidades que ofrece para repensar las organizaciones de cara al futuro.

Abstract
Based on an extensive review of the literature, this article presents a synthesized description of eight alternatives for narrative analysis in and of organizations (deconstruction, large narratives, micro-stories, story networks, intertextuality, causality, plot analysis and topic analysis) which can be used to study and manage the complexity of the stories that take place inside and outside organizations. Likewise, various definitions are presented around the concept of "narrative" as it typically refers to what it narrates and adds argument and coherence to the plot line. Additionally, some epistemological positions (pragmatists, poststructuralists, critical theorists and postmodernists) that underlie the various approaches and methods of narrative analysis are described, all of which constitute relevant information for the study of organizations and the possibilities it offers to rethink the organizations of looking to the future.
