Abstract

The present article studies the concrete relationships with de neighbor explained in Being and Nothigness, it demonstrates that they, as described by Sartre, are of mauvaise foi. The essay also suggests that Being and Nothingness contains elements which can be used to build authentic concrete relationships with the neighbor. To prove this, the connection between the ontological condition of the poursoi and ethics is explained. The rol performed by existential psychoanalysis in rescuing authenticity is also scrutinized. Finally, as a menas of illustration, the figure of love is discussed in detail.
