The capacity of judgment for a democratic citizenship

Since the Arendtian reappropriation of Kant's reflective judgment, I show how the so-called extended mentality, the ability to put in the place of the other, is held in a moral attitude of respect for the other and mutual recognition. This reading of the judgment led to the context of politics, allowing me to defend the capacity of the judgment is indispensable for democratic citizenship.
