The perspective of the so-called "second Wittgenstein", as it is herewith interpreted, offers a relevant philosophical approach: the possibility of applying the descriptive-normative model which characterizes the grammar of the concepts —that is, the group of rules that articulate the use of terms— to the domain of politics. Taking the normative conception of meaning proposed by Wittgenstein as a starting point, I will argue that language articulates judgments and values that support political practices, and that this notion of language opens us a way to promote participation in politics.
