Ignatian Pedagogy, Vygotsky's Social Constructivism, Solidarity Service Learning. Theoretically articulated in favor of University Social Responsibility

Social Constructivism is a pedagogical concept related to the work realized at the communitarian level that gives all the involved people a collaborative and systematic job in a Social initiative for the society or group transformation. Mainly, it requires from the members a permanent exercise of context analysis and meditation. It needs; from that point, it generates actions, and this should be considered in their impact and to design new social interventions. This article is based in the documentary revision from three known theories: Vygotsky’s Social Constructivism, Ignatian Pedagogy and Nieves Tapia’s Solidarity Service-Learning that have some similar aspects that complete the student’s action, that goes beyond the University Campus. It presents theoretical concepts, analyzes their elements and makes conclusions that permit view similarities, differences and even complementarities.
