Web System of the Diagnosis of the Learning Profile Visualizing Virtuality.

Until March 2020, education was mainly based on the face-to-face modality, characterized by live classes with fixed schedules and direct interaction between teachers and students in the same physical location. However, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a migration to online education, which has allowed access from any location with an Internet connection at any time. This transition has accentuated the need to understand and guide virtual learning, including understanding the learning profiles of students, mentees or collaborators. Currently, manual diagnostics are used to identify these learning profiles, presenting an opportunity for automation in academic and work environments. The purpose of this paper is to present a tool designed for professionals in training, which allows them to understand their learning style through an automated diagnosis, accessible from any device with Internet connection. The design of this tool is based on a learning profile diagnostic system in a web environment, developed using PHP and HTML programming, and with a database managed through MySQL. This approach is based on documentary research that identified fundamental learning styles, such as auditory, visual and kinesthetic. Once the design was defined, it was implemented on a web server, allowing users to access the system through a web browser, a computer or a smart phone. Through this platform, users can perform their learning style assessment, receive the results and access statistical data and graphs based on the information stored in the web system.
