Use of WordPress and Development of Interpersonal Competences

The general objective of this research was to determine to what extent the use of WordPress as a technological tool influences the development of interpersonal skills in students aged 14 and 15. It is of the type applied with a quantitative approach, experimental design, explanatory level. The established sample was non-probabilistic in its census form, made up of 105 students, who were divided into experimental and control groups. The survey technique was used, and the 10-point Likert-type questionnaire was utilized as an instrument, whose validity was carried out through expert judgment and in the internal reliability, the Cronbach's Alpha analysis was used, obtaining as a result = 0.953. It was concluded that the usage of WordPress as a technological tool influence at high and very high levels in the development of interpersonal skills.
