Realities, challenges and proposals for Basic Education in the state of Bolivar

Abstract

Education is one of the main levers to solve the country situation. With this premise we approach the objective of this essay and the purpose that the Andrés Bello Catholic University has set, around identifying the new elements that are added to the educational problem in recent years and the prospects of a real incidence in the solution of some of those educational edges in the state of Bolívar.
Addressing the educational realities of the Bolívar state meant recognizing the confluence of common elements of a very complex national situation, but in which particular situations that are added to others, resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, are drawn with their own colors.
