Managing in times as unique and atypical as the current ones requires from work teams and especially from their leaders, clarity of purpose adjusted to capacity and strength, ability to make decisions in uncertain environments, to manage the talent of human capital in direction towards the consolidation of a culture of quality, devise powerful strategies that drive towards achievement and anticipate risks. In practice, these characteristics become a reliable source of reference that makes it easier to calibrate what has been done, reduce the impact of external factors that tend to get out of control, and introduce timely improvements if necessary.
Under this umbrella of ideas, since the 2020/2021 academic period, the Center for Human Development and Counseling (CADH) has designed reflective training spaces aimed at accompanying both coordinators of units of the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Guayana Extension, and management teams and middle managers of schools in the city.
The general purpose focused on the identification of the keys for efficient management through a support scheme that privileged the need to raise awareness of the resources that are put into practice to control them, the importance of planning, systematization and permanent monitoring of what that is done, without losing sight of the promotion of comprehensive well-being, if it is good, better things can be done.
