In any port in the world cargo is handled in general, but there is a type of cargo, which is the exception, which we describe as gigantic and are technically called Project Cargo. Such consignments can be defined by their weight when it is greater than 55 tons, by its size when it is greater than 12 meters, by its shape when it is not geometric, by its mass distribution when its filling is eccentric, by its instability when its center Gravity is above the mooring point of the cables that will manipulate it during the lifting and finally the concurrence of at least three of the distinctive elements mentioned above.
