Abstract

In this investigation, the author directs her study to define adult competencies in community work. For this, he inquired with experts from community networking, both counterparts from the University Social Responsibility Network of the Society of Jesus in Latin America (AUSJAL) and the Pan-Amazonian Network of the Society of Jesus, as well as different leaders from social organizations of the Caroni Municipality of Bolívar State that interact permanently with adults to define projects and transform their social environment. A list of 28 competencies related to community work was drawn up divided into three categories: Being a Person, Knowledge and Organization, of which the key informants selected 7 fundamental competencies that have an impact on development and social Andragogic learning.
