In this investigation, the mechanical behavior of structural concrete was evaluated, substituting the coarse aggregate for the product of the scarification of asphalt folders (Reconeco), in percentages from 0% to 100% with stone for a design resistance of 250 kgf/cm². Said mixtures were calculated and modified according to the dosages established in the CEMEX Builder's Manual. Different tests were carried out on the aggregates, fresh and hardened concrete through cylindrical specimens and joists. The results obtained were tabulated and represented in a series of comparative graphs. It was observed that by reducing the amount of reconeco in the mixtures, the resistance increased. For a mixture with 100% reconeco, the average resistance reached at 28 days was 173,76 kgf/cm², while for the standard mixture (100% stone mixture) it was 302,24 kgf/cm².
