Government organizations
are adopting the use of services for
achieve interoperability of systems
government. In the context of government
electronic, interoperability is the ability
of IT systems and processes
business to exchange data, information
and knowledge, in order to offer services
of higher quality to citizens and
business; reusing existing information
in various administrative divisions. The
number of activities and actors involved
in the appropriation of interoperability requires
a model that ensures the establishment of
objectives, guide actions towards them and
check the path taken. An objective
fundamental of the application of the guidance
to services is to return to interoperability in
a natural consequence, encouraged by
principles of service-oriented design.
Address interoperability through SOA,
allows you to inherit its benefits and practices
governance that ensures its realization and
sustenance; including your model
governance, consisting of precepts,
processes, roles and metrics. The discipline
necessary to maintain the model of
governance ensures that services
created, offer the greatest value for all
its users, promoting the full realization
of the benefits and objectives related to
IoT and e-government.
