The following investigation is fundamentally referred to the political, journalistic and friendship relationship between two key figures in Republican History: Francisco Isnardi from Cadiz and Juan Germán Roscio from Venezuela. Both developed similar roles, both in the journalistic world and in politics, at a time when the ideas of change and freedom permeated the environment of the colonies of Latin America. Their lives were inextricably linked sharing achievements and misadventures.
