The following work aimed at the development and implementation of Blockchain technology in the supply chain of pharmaceutical companies. In this research aims to identify, analyze and apply innovative solutions that can transform inventory management, operating costs and traceability of pharmaceutical products. Extensive analysis was conducted to understand the potential impact of Blockchain on aspects such as traceability, data security and the elimination of intermediaries, while considering the associated challenges and costs. The intention is to design tangible solutions that improve the traceability and control of pharmaceutical products in the supply chain, which will help ensure the integrity and safety of these essential products. On the other hand, explain in a simple way this technology and the development capabilities it has in the supply chain, emphasizing the entire chain process, from supply to distribution. In summary, the work focused on the incorporation of Blockchain technology in the supply chain of Venezuelan pharmaceutical companies with the aim of improving inventory management, reducing operating costs and strengthening the traceability of pharmaceutical products.
