Abstract

Nowadays, it has been fundamental to be in response, almost immediately, to demand of qualified professionals to assume different challenges that have happened in a really changeable world, propitiated for many factors as technological advances, worldwide commerce, and pandemy lived between 2019 and 2022, among others. These professionals need to be educated with quality, where the educational system gives them tools to desenvolve the best way in their workplace, so it has vital schools and universities work hard and focus to give them a quality education. The 17 Sustainable Developments goals, specifically # 4, to emphasize educational quality, many countries are worried about that, it has expressed in their 2030 schedule. Additionally, products and quality services refer to giving the clients and the interested parts specific requirements to get total satisfaction, for that reason, the organization is more competitive in the market. To achieve these quality indicators, it's necessary to implement a real gestion quality able to establish controls and take decisions to always focus to get the clients satisfaction, generating continuous improvement. It follows that there are international standards as: ISO9001:2015, which establish the requirements to implement a quality system in any organization, and, ISO21001:2018, inspire in the mentioned norm, the first norm which establishes the requirements to implement a quality management system in educational organizations.
