The results of this research demonstrated the potential that KM has as a research area for the growth of an organization and that its study and implementation in Venezuela is a relatively new and still developing topic. The literature review corresponded to a representative sample of research to characterize QA in organizations oriented to the production of goods and services and represents a contribution to academic knowledge in the research areas of QA and quality management systems. as well as in the organizational field of companies oriented to the production of goods and services, to promote their culture and increase their competitiveness in their respective markets.
