Abstract

The purpose of these pages is to communicate to the Ucabist community and the general public how in the Faculty of Engineering there are specific and sustained contributions whose objective is to achieve academic excellence and support the comprehensive training of each student, to make the mission and vision that The Institutional Training Project describes. In this way, it is achieved that the graduates of the faculty are professionals with optimal knowledge, ethical values and incorporate and offer effective solutions to the environment in which they operate.
We will present a historical account that shows how in the last 20 years, to the present date, the Faculty of Engineering, in accordance with the demands of UCAB, evidences, through some chairs and student services, values such as inclusion, solidarity, service to the other, respect for differences and comprehensive training.
