Virtual Learning Environments for financial institutions must be implemented according to the information model of companies in this sector. The characteristics of the actors, the access to technology they have, the contents, the academic objectives and the regulations to which financial institutions are subject condition the model and, therefore, help to establish a roadmap for the implementation of an AVA and its E-learning platform.
