XI Ceisal Congress and meeting of the jurisprudence working group

Abstract

On the XI CEISAL 2025 Congress on social, environmental and climate justice in Latin America and the Caribbean, aimed at contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Working Group on Jurisprudence (WG-CEISAL) met in Paris from June 2 to 4, 2025, at the headquarters of the Société de Legislation Comparée. On this occasion, the committees were coordinated by Professor Laurent Hecketsweiler of the Edmond Meynial Institute for the History of Law at the University of Montpellier, and were supported by the Comparative Methodology of Civil Law Section and the Latin American Section of the Société de Legislation Comparée.
