Abstract
This degree work is developed with the purpose of providing a solution to the problem that musicians have when performing musical pieces in terms of handling sheet music, since they are generally written on several pages. As you can understand, most musical instruments are played or held with two hands, which makes it difficult to turn pages while playing a piece. Using the technological advances that exist today, we seek to develop a wireless system capable of facilitating sheet music control when interpreting a piece of music. In this way, the project is based on developing a wireless pedal with three buttons that remotely controls the turning of pages and jumps previously programmed by the user within a digital score that can be viewed from an application also developed as part of the work. degree. For communication between the wireless device and the tablet where the application is installed, two important technologies were debated, such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct. Based on this, the technology chosen was Bluetooth in version 4.0, which corresponds to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) due to its capabilities, since it allows the exchange of information with low energy consumption.
