The Ucabista Engineer in the 21st Century

Abstract

This article aims to give some guidelines and ideas about the performance of the engineer in the face of the technological changes that have been taking place on the planet so far in the 21st century and his responsibility to society and, very particularly, the performance of the Ucabista engineer in the face of these changes. Likewise, the changes that have been taking place in teaching, helped by technological development in computing and telecommunications, are noted.
