Abstract

Making use of the critical analysis of theoretical discourse, this paper seeksto explore issues associated with the notion of management academic/educational/school, functions and challenges that face the leaders responsible for management and school management and the skills profile that these leaders must possess to be successful in their role as educational managers. Likewise, deals with this problem which, according to some experts and researchers in the field of education, it is present in the managing educational organizations, proposing a model of characteristic change of organizational development approach as it is action research.
