This article constitutes a first approach to the discursive construction of Manifesto Transpofágico (2022) by the Brazilian transvestite Renata Carvalho. This piece constitutes an interesting and risky bet within the context of contemporary political theater in Latin America. The analysis of the text is given from the notion of autofiction proposed by Sergio Blanco. The Uruguayan author develops a sort of decalogue to understand the dramatic strategies that are involved in the creative process of a theatrical text in an autofictional key. This decalogue has an immense plasticity as its foundational condition. In other words, it allows us to model, manipulate, cut and amalgamate elements of its structure to grasp the deep meaning of the dramatic play.
