This article examines the Diploma in Augustinian Pedagogy as a training program that articulates the Augustinian tradition —an anthropology of interiority and the values of Caritas, Unitas, Veritas— with the educational challenges of the 21st century in Venezuela. This article is derived from an evaluative case study with a predominantly qualitative approach. The design, implementation, and results of the Diploma in Augustinian Pedagogy were analyzed across eight cohorts (2023-2026). The information sources included: a) programmatic documents of the diploma (curriculum, work guides, rubrics); b) 214 final projects of graduates; c) session minutes and participant productions in the modules; d) semi-structured interviews with facilitators and coordinators; and e) a self-perception survey administered to graduates on the transfer of learning to their teaching practices. The analysis was conducted using documentary analysis techniques, thematic categorization, and source triangulation, which allowed the identification of patterns of results, limitations, and future prospects as reported. The results demonstrate the consolidation of a community of practice, the transfer of pedagogical innovations, and the strengthening of the charism in classrooms. It is concluded that the diploma represents a relevant model of teacher training with identity, although its scalability and long-term impact assessment pose challenges that call for virtualization and applied research.
