Abstract Quality Environmental Education (EE) demands a transition from sporadic activism to systemic management models. This article analyzes the experience of U. E. Colegio Santa Rosa, an institution that, after 23 years of trajectory, has consolidated an Environmental Management System (EMS) certified under the ISO 14001:2015 standard. Five critical challenges are examined—highlighting the management of eco-anxiety and institutional coherence—and eight strategic horizons for regenerative pedagogy are proposed. The goal is to demonstrate that sustainability, when linked to international standards and continuous research, raises educational quality and transforms the school into a living model of global citizenship.
