Self-regulated learning environments based on computer: A bibliographic review
Abstract
The computerized learning environments (CBLEs) offer an opportunity tolearn about any topic but, as Azevedo (2007) notes, self-regulatory processesare necessary. The review of the researches on self-regulation in CBLEs from2010 to 2013 was approached with five research questions, it has shown thatthe most frequent CBLE is the simulator, the model of self-regulation cyclic Zimmerman (1998) is the most used, the variables most represented are thoserelated with the characteristics of the students and the self-report is the mostfrequent method. It has shown that this is a growing area of research.
