Sociometry in Telemedicine. Express medical case

Abstract

Today the trend of Telemedicine is linked to bringing medical services to the home, through social networks, and are currently considered as new marketing modes. Sociometry was used as support in this work. From it, you can have a source of information about the interaction between people and how the group structure is. The investigation was carried out at the Medical Express Company, which is in Puerto Ordaz-Venezuela. The research is of an explanatory level, the information was obtained directly from the field and analyzed within the sociometry classroom. The article was oriented to use Social Network Analysis (SNA) and sociometry, as an effective study element, applied to a real case study. In the research, certain sociometric indices were evaluated representing their structure (sociograms). It is inferred that there is low group interaction, and cohesion between them, despite the low interaction there is relative productivity. The research will allow the elaboration or proposal of a mathematical expression that measures the interaction of the group, as well as determining if there is a relationship between the variables found as lines of future work.
