Digitalization to Optimize Personnel File Management at Farmahorro

Abstract

This article focuses on how, through digitalization and the introduction of new processes, Farmahorro solved its personnel file management problems. Using this case study, we delve into the renewal and updating of traditional schemes in the world of work and how, thanks to technology, operational efficiency and information control can be boosted. Along with this, the research process is explored, which was conducted with the goal of completing the UCAB Postgraduate Program in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, so that I can climb the next step in my professional career.
