Abstract

At the endings of the year 1829, finished the complex events
thar began to develop since 1826 in the depanment of
Venezuela, which lead to the irremissible separation of
Venezuela from the Gran Colombia. Because of this in lhe
eariy stages oí 1830 the leaders of the separati51 movemem,
found that in the Country that is arousing ali is devastated by
effect of the bloody independence war. Therefore they should
solve the enormous problems that were lashing 10 the
sectioned Venezuela. How it must be made? lt is created the
Friends óíthe Counuy Economic Society, to whom is entrusted
the srudy oí thc overwhelming problems that were affecting
to the emerging Republic, as well as contributing with
solutions to face them adequately. The summoned, inmediately,
began 10 structure the plans íor re-building the Country, and
from a liberal economic plan, pretended to achieve the
collective happiness.
