Abstract

In contemporary history, it has become common practice to quote Bolivar's thoughts in order to of quoting Bolívar's thoughts in order to use them as a support for the the presentation of an idea, displacing the liberator's words from their original context, resulting in a total or partial loss of their true meaning. This has resulted in a total or partial loss of the true meaning of Bolívar's words. The author of this study intends to make an interpretation of Bolívar's expressions and words. of Bolívar's expressions and words, trying to reach the true intention he had when he the true intention he had in pronouncing them, based on one of his essential texts: the one of his essential texts: the Angostura Speech.
