El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo estudiar el proceso de configuración y contexto en el que se establecieron los principales acuerdos sociales que, articulados conformaron los fundamentos del pacto social alcanzado, tras la caída de la autocracia vigente entre 1948-1958, y que fungieron como pilares sostenibles del sistema democrático liberal; pasando por los principales indicios de agotamiento, hasta su ruptura definitiva a partir del año 1999. Finalmente, el ensayo revisa algunas claves que, obedeciendo a una lógica de programación, contribuyeron a desmontar gradualmente el modelo democrático vigente, para en paralelo, instaurar el autodenominado “Socialismo del Siglo XXI”, a través de la redistribución del poder productivo durante un lapso de veinte años que van desde el año 1999 hasta el 2019.

Abstract:
The present work aims to study the process of configuration and context in which the main social agreements were established that, articulated, formed the foundations of the social pact reached, after the fall of the autocracy in force between 1948-1958, and that served as pillars sustainable liberal democratic system; going through the main signs of exhaustion, until its final break in 1999. Finally, the essay reviews some keys that, obeying a programming logic, contributed to gradually dismantle the current democratic model, to establish the self-styled "Socialism of the XXI Century", through the redistribution of productive power over a twenty-year period from 1999 to 2019.
