Resumen.
El COVID-19 se ha convertido en una enfermedad entre finales de diciembre 2019 y lo que va del
2021 con sus respetivas mutaciones, debemos convivir con él desde su aparición, el mundo está
cambiando aceleradamente y nuestras vidas en todas sus dimensiones, desde lo político, social y
económico. En este sentido, nuestras relaciones en interacciones no serán lo mismo a partir de
ahora, es aquí donde la Sociometría juega un rol importantísimo. Las redes sociales son
actualmente consideradas un nuevo modo de comunicación sin tener contacto directo y de obtener
datos valiosísimos. Podemos interactuar y obtener información en forma virtual mucho más rápida
y en tiempo real. La investigación llevada a cabo fue tipo relacional, prospectivo, analítico y de
campo, se basó en tomar una muestra de 19 personas en la UCAB, el cuestionario fue realizado
por WhatsApp y correos electrónicos, se evidenció un valor de Alpha de Cronbach de 0.8988 y
una validez de contenido de 0.99 resultando valores muy buenos, la encuestas fueron respondida
100%. El propósito de la investigación fue evaluar si las preguntas realizadas cumplían con el
modelo de Guttman que viene a representar la actitud extrema de los encuestados, es decir,
extremadamente positiva o negativa.

Abstract.
COVID-19 has become a disease between the end of December 2019 and what goes on in 2021
with its respective mutations, we must live with it since its appearance, the world is changing
rapidly and our lives in all its dimensions, from the political point of view , social and economic.
In this sense, our relationships in interactions will not be the same from now on, it is here where
Sociometry plays a very important role. Social networks are currently considered a new mode of
communication without having direct contact and obtaining valuable data. We can interact and
obtain information in virtual form much faster and in real time. The research carried out was
relational, prospective, analytical and field type, it was based on taking a sample of 19 people at
UCAB, the questionnaire was carried out by WhatsApp and e-mails, a Cronbach's Alpha value of
0.8988 and a content validity of 0.99 resulting in very good values, the surveys were answered
100%. The purpose of the research was to evaluate whether the questions asked complied with the
Guttman model, which represents the extreme attitude of the respondents, that is, extremely
positive or negative.
